RPTRA Managers Asked to Be Trained

Jakarta Library and Archive Dept. (Dispusip) asked to provide guidance and training for managers of Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA).

Dispusip announced will add librarians. But, I asked them that it will be better to maximize personnel in RPTRA

Jakarta Secretary's Public Welfare Assistant, Fatahillah said, compared to add the librarians in RPTRA, it would be better if RPTRA managers to be trained.

He added, training for RPTR managers by Dispusip team must be conducted regularly. Thus they can improve visitor's interest in reading.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Dispusip Head, Tinia Budiati stated, RPTRA managers optimization will be in line with the efficiency of Individual Other Service Provider (PJLP).

"PJLP must be efficient, optimized the existing resources without adding the number. Currently we are calculating the points that can be optimized," she closed.
